Viva La Mexico

We took a 7 day cruise with Princess Cruise lines for our 10 wedding anniversary. We have never been away from the kids or been on an extensive vacation outside of trips to visit the family. My mom was so gracious as to come and stay with the boys so we could go really relax. I knew I would enjoy cruising, I just didn't think I'd be head over heels in LOVE with cruising. I'm not really a hotel person. I have a bit of a phobia about it actually (the nurse and germophobe in me) so I was a bit apprehensive about how I would feel spending 7 days on a giant floating hotel. Turned out my giant spray can of Lysol and cavi-wipes did not need to be put to good use! (Okay, so two sprays of the Lysol and three cavi wipes. But it was only the one time-not everyday!) There were daily activities, wondrous food-sparkling clean pools and the most fantabulous service I have ever received. Mucho Bueno! We went to the Mexican Riviera cruising out of San Pedro, Ca and stopping in Puerto Villarta, Mazatlan and Cabo San Lucas. The only downside? Having to come home. Here are a few of the hundreds of pictures I took. More will follow over the next few days.

Relaxing before we even leave port!

Adios, California...Hola Mexico! Leaving the San Pedro Harbor. 2 days at sea before we reach Puerto Villara.

Dawn in Mazatlan. I got all these shots from my balcony.

Mexico looks like a beautiful country! I often wonder why all those Mexicans wanna come over here when they have such a nice country of their own.
