Flower Power

Every Spring in Carlsbad, the flower fields bloom in spectacular colors. This 'tourists farm' is visited annually by locals, school children and tourists alike. It is a great place to learn the basics of gardening and how to be a good steward to the earth. I was a chaperone on Dante's class field trip and we had a great time. The children planted some sunflower seeds, learned about recycling and composting with worms. It was a lovely day.

Very nice picturs! Dante looks very cute. I really like the picture of him and Elizabeth. She is a cute little thing and I can understand his fascination with her. She has Tanja Slovak eyes.
He seems so big, he must have grown since Christmas!! I love your blog!!!
